Akasa Coconut Oil is a wholesome and versatile cooking oil, ideal for everyday family cooking, from baking and stir-frying to preparing salad dressings. Made with Refined, Bleached & Deodorized (RBD) coconut oil, it has a neutral taste and is odourless, cholesterol-free, and trans fat-free. With a high smoke point of 232°C, it is well suited for high-heat cooking while helping enhance browning for better flavour and appearance. Akasa Coconut Oil also contains MCTs (Medium Chain Triglycerides), which are easily digested and rapidly absorbed by the body as a source of energy.
